1. I didn't receive the registration code, what to do?

Normally, the registration code is sent to the email you provided within 2 hours of a successful order. Please check your email box and try to locate the registration code. It's usually found after the term "Keycode" in the content of the email. If you still can't find the email with the registration code, please take a moment to look in your Spam folder, as sometimes emails can get filtered there by mistake.
